Request for Submittals: Brand Strategy and Development

Purpose

The purpose of this Request for Submittals (RFS) is to enter an agreement (“Agreement or Contract”) with a qualified consultant for the provision of Brand Strategy and Development.

Expectations/Statement of Needs

The Council was formed in 1978 as the Palm Beach County Council of the Arts by Alexander W. Dreyfoos and founding executive director, Judy Goodman. In 1992, the organization was renamed the Palm Beach County Cultural Council. And, in 2012, it was changed to its current name to coincide with the opening of its headquarters in downtown Lake Worth. A 40th Anniversary logo was introduced in 2018 to commemorate this important milestone.

As The Council enters into its next chapter, the organization is seeking a brand that reflects its mission and breadth of services to diversified audiences (Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C)).

The successful consultant will execute all aspects of brand strategy and development, including conducting research (such as interviews, focus groups, surveys); auditing existing brand and marketing materials; defining user personas; creating new or refreshed brand design; developing an application and usage guide; and assisting in the launch plan.
