Today the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County revealed the two winners of the 2017 Randolph A. Frank Prizes for Performing Arts. Dylan Evans of Delray Beach is winner of the Randolph A. Frank Prize for the Performing Art (Emerging Performing Artist), and Demetrius Klein of West Palm Beach is winner of the Randolph A. Frank Prize for the Performing Arts (Performing Artist).
