About the Presenter:
Happiness coach, speaker and author Joanna Brandi has spent the last 26 years teaching companies and organizations of all sizes and kinds how to keep their customers/donors happy, loyal and coming back! As an acclaimed public speaker, workshop leader and a trusted adviser to her clients, she’s taught thousands in these most modern methods. For the last 18 years, she has served as a speaker for Vistage- the world’s largest CEO peer group organization. She teaches “Positive Leadership” to executive teams and encourages them to “Raise their Positivity Ratio” if they want to create more client and employee happiness, and increase performance, productivity and profits (donations!).

Upon registration for the event, attendees will receive an email link to take their personal DISC profile. That profile is all about you and will be used in the session. DISC assessments must be taken 48 hours before event in order to receive a copy for your usage during the class.
