The Cultural Council is proud to sponsor the @cityofboyntonbeach’s Kinetic Biennial 2023, a free art exhibit and symposium of artists, designers, and performers to engage the community and visitors in contemporary kinetic art. Starting on Friday, January 27, outdoor kinetic artworks and turbines will be on display in downtown Boynton Beach. A profound art exhibition focused on the world’s changing climate is opening this week in the Cultural Council’s Main Gallery at our Lake Worth Beach headquarters. Free and open to the public from Friday, January 27, through Saturday, April 8, the council’s Visualizing Climate Disruption exhibition will highlight more than 40 diverse works from 17 Palm Beach County-based professional artists. The world premiere of a captivating new play is taking place this week at @theatrelab_fau at @floridaatlantic! Be among the first to see Alix Sobler’s Last Night In Inwood, a comedy about the end of the world and one of the smash hits of the theatre company’s New Plays for the New Year virtual reading series.
