“Born and raised in Peru, yet forced to leave the country due to political unrest, I’ve always missed my country and the beautiful people I left behind. Their respect for home, family, name, and tradition is their long-lasting culture. Division of wealth continues there and is now becoming prominent worldwide. Upon my return, I traveled through the Andes and looked into the eyes of the children, and others. I felt their strife and struggles, their love and beauty, and their hopes and dreams. Through my art I share my experience and my passion for the soul of Peru.”
