Ernest Disney-Britton (Vice President, Community Impact & Investment at the Indy Arts Council) has been leading Indianapolis’ arts and cultural community work on diversity, equity, and inclusion for nearly 10 years. In addition, his work on arts education initiatives has transformed the cultural sector’s response and activation of arts-based learning throughout central Indiana. He will provide insight into how cultural organizations can further equity work in their companies and increase impactful arts educational initiatives. An engaging dialogue with Cultural Council President & CEO, Dave Lawrence, will shed light on the process and efforts to sustain a full creative life for all.
