A 90-minute interactive session led by Carla Harris of The People Institute to define implicit bias and how you can take the first steps to address your own behaviors and thinking. Afterwards, enjoy a working lunch to listen to members of the cohort who participated in the 6-month Palm Beaches Diversity Challenge, sponsored by the Cultural Council and Discover The Palm Beaches, to share experiences and the DEI initiatives they implemented within their organizations.
