For this special Evenings at the Council event, take a trip back to the 1930s with the one and only Yvette Norwood-Tiger and her jazz ensemble. The group will perform works by the late, great Billie Holiday in addition to a few holiday standards in the Council’s outdoor Project Space. Norwood-Tiger was recently recognized as a 2022 Artist Innovation Fellow by the Cultural Council.

We invite guests to also enjoy the outdoor Makers Market, as well as the exhibitions on display in our galleries—which will be open late.
