If you’ve always wanted to learn the finer points of the photographic arts, why not immerse yourself in a supportive learning environment for a couple of days, then spend the next weekend photographing in The Palm Beaches? Most people defer to the auto mode of their camera and simply take their chances, but this course helps photographers to be more seriously creative and intentional. And the constructive feedback, experience and guidance also builds confidence.
Photography Basics teaches participants to capture better images by adjusting the 3 main elements to every exposure: aperture, shutter speed and ISO.
This class also covers:
– lens selection
– aperture, shutter speed and ISO
– the basics of composition
– depth of field
– use of Lightroom and Photoshop after the capture
Participants spend time in the photo classroom discussing these topics, then hit the streets to practice specific techniques in the real world. The results can be astonishing!
The next course will be September 26-27, but other dates and registration information may be found here.
$345, non-members; $275 members. (561) 253-2600 or workshop.org.
