Our Constitution is nearly 250 years old. And it’s been amended only a handful of times, always in a piecemeal fashion. Conservatives and progressives alike have proposed a Constitutional convention to make wholesale changes to our venerable governing document. Is this a good idea? How would we go about doing it?
