Interested in the Mediterranean Diet? Want to learn more about the Blue Zone way of life that fosters longevity and wellbeing? Come be a part of Mounts’ first cooking class where you will learn, sample, and participate in a fascinating Provençal lunch and rose wine tasting conducted by James Beard award winning cookbook author Judith Olney. Our class will be vegetable driven, seasoned with herbs from Mounts own Herb Garden of Well-Being, and students will have a chance to have a hand in the cooking and receive a bouquet of rosemary. Bring an apron if you have one – and an appetite! Ms. Olney will regale you with stories of Provence and her long friendship there with Julia Child. Recipes will be provided.
