One-of-a-kind photo festival

Over 25 years, Palm Beach Photographic Centre’s FOTOfusion (February 11–15) has developed into one of the biggest annual festivals happening in The Palm Beaches—all in the name of photography and digital imaging. Described as “where creativity and technology fuse”, this five-day February extravaganza is renowned among photography hobbyists and professionals alike. The festival features experiences including workshops, photo shoots, computer labs, demonstrations, lectures, multimedia presentations, portfolio reviews, exhibitions and special events.
This year, FOTOfusion’s main exhibition is “Odyssey of Hope: Stories That Need to Be Told,” which spotlights the work of four-time Pulitzer Prize winner and photojournalist, Carol Guzy. The show starts on February 11 and runs through May 15.
Magnificent museum

Open all year long, the Palm Beach Photographic Centre’s Museum is where you’ll see high-quality exhibitions presented with passion! In 2020 alone, you can visit Carol Guzy’s exhibition (mentioned above) on display through May 15, in addition to:
- “ZUMA Press Turns 25: Pictures that Need to be Seen”
- For 25 years, ZUMA Press has unveiled some of the world’s most striking photographs, from those detailing the JonBenét Ramsey murder to the staggering waves from the 2011 Japanese tsunami. The company is commemorating this anniversary with an exhibition, which runs from March 19 to May 16, 2020.
- “NASA: From Moon to Mars: The Ultimate Adventure Continues”
- From its start in 1958, NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) has overseen everything from launching satellites to landing on the moon to preparing for the challenging intergalactic push to Mars. This exhibition, which runs from June 11 to August 1, 2020, will celebrate NASA’s first 60 years and its courageous pioneers through the amazing photography of both the astronauts and those who covered America’s triumphant space program.
Best of all, visiting the museum is free for all guests—a steal!
