Organized by the @amfedarts in collaboration with famed artist Whitfield Lovell, “Whitfield Lovell: Passages” at the @bocamuseum offers the most comprehensive exhibition to date of the contemporary artist’s masterful conté crayon drawings, assemblages and multi-sensory installations that focus on aspects of African American history while raising universal questions about identity, memory, and America’s collective heritage. Opening on Wednesday, March 22, the exhibition SculptHER at the @ann_norton_sculpture_gardens celebrates four women sculptors from four different countries in partnership with Long-Sharp Gallery. Sculptures featured in the exhibition will consist of one of two mediums (paper or wood) with each created by the esteemed Cha Jong Rye (South Korea), Miriam Londoño (Colombia), Nicole Pietrantoni (USA/Prague), and Julia Ibbini (Jordan/UK).
