Tedds ART Works & Akrylica welcome you to ART-rageous 2018

Enter your most FLAMBOYANT, FABULOUS, FLAWLESS, DARING, Outrageous & Creative Work

This is an open media/open theme exhibit for all 2D and 3D works. All artists are invited to enter paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, photography etc. and will compete for $1000 in cash awards. Artists are encouraged to enter their finest works. Exhibit runs from Saturday, October 6, 2018 – Saturday November 3, 2018.

Juror/Judge: Robyn Vegas, Director of Programs Business for the Arts of Broward

Requirements: Artists must enter online only by submitting jpegs of their works. Files must not exceed 1MB. Maximum size 60 x 60 inches or 120 dimensional inches. No diptychs to exceed 60 inches wide. Sculpture should be vertically inclined and should not exceed 72 inches high x 36 inches wide. All Artwork must be wired and ready to hang. Please attach name, title and contact information, phone and email to the back of each work entered.

Only works completed in the last 2 years. All accepted artwork will be offered for sale to the general public.

Submission: All work(s) must be submitted as high resolution jpegs via email to Tedd Davis at tedd@tedddavisevents.com. Artists may submit up to four (3) different works for consideration that they personally have created. Submit one (1) high resolution jpeg of each piece of artwork and the completed ART-Rageous Entry Form. Please save/send your images/jpegs with Title and Artist’s Name.

Deadline to enter: Friday September 21, 2018 (by 5:00pm)

Entry Fees: $25 for 1 entry and $15 for each additional entry. Send checks payable to Tedds ART Works, postmarked by September 25, 2017 by mailing or hand delivery to 2422 North Dixie Highway Wilton Manors Florida 33305 –

The cost of the entry fee is non-refundable and entry fees do not guarantee acceptance into show.

ACCEPTANCE: Accepted artists will be notified on Saturday September 22, 2018 via email – Selected Artists must deliver artwork on Friday September 28, 2018 between 11:00am and 7:00pm or on Saturday September 29, 2018 between 11:00am and 5:00pm

ART-rageous ARTIST’S AWARDS CEREMONY and OPENING RECEPTION

Saturday October 6, 2018 from 6 to 10PM.

Art Pick Up: Sunday November 4, 2018 from 11:00am to 5:00PM

Note: Tedd’s ART Works will take a 50/50 commission on your artwork as this is a retail venue. It is understood and agreed that Tedds ART Works is not responsible for any loss or damage to artwork entered into this competition.
