Any photos or other media submitted to the Cultural Council via the webmaster, email or uploaded to any websites owned or operated by the Cultural Council may be posted at anytime without notification to or recognition of the artist/photographer. The Cultural Council reserves the right to not post your submission(s), it also reserves the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media.
